Brad Pitt is to be the new face of Chanel No.5

Brad Pitt has a lot new stuff to swag for fiancée Angelina Jolie. The super cool ‘Moneyball’ is the new face of Chanel No.5 perfume, one of the most famous fragrances from the French fashion house.

Chanel on Wednesday declared the launch of a new ad campaign which will feature the power actor endorsing the world’s best known woman’s fragrance which earlier was represented by Nicole Kidman, Catherine Deneuve and Vanessa Paradise. The most famous ambassador of the brand was the Hollywood queen Marilyn Monroe, who once said that the fragrance was all she wore to bed.

Pitt, who’ll get an estimated paycheck of seven figures, is the first male ambassador to head Chanel No.5

According to E! News, the first commercial will start shooting in London sometime in next week.

French website Daily ELLE reported that a man’s version of the fragrance is in line and Brad’s involvement is a proof of it. Chanel so far has not responded anything about the report.

No.5 was created by the legendary fashion designer Coco Chanel in 1922, who wanted a unique scent for herself to pair with her designs.

As Pitt has recently proposed his longtime partner Angelina with an out-of-the-world customized emerald-cut diamond engagement ring, Chanel No.5 seems to be a perfect after engagement gift to fuel up the fantasy of a romantic relation.

Singer Bobby Brown: Arrested for suspected DUI!!!
